Hours and Admission

The Museum galleries will be open the following Mondays:
Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, President's Day and Columbus Day

The Museum galleries will be closed:
December 24, 25, 31 and January 1

ADMISSION

*** Plains Art Museum offers free admission to students. Students of middle school age through college need only show a student ID to access the benefit. Students younger than middle school must be accompanied by an adult who needs only to state that the child is a student. A discount is also extended to educators and university faculty who show their ID, a savings of $1 off the $5 admission charge.

Free admission is made possible, in part, by major funding from members of Plains Art Museum, The McKnight Foundation, and the Minnesota State Arts Board through an appropriation by the Minnesota State Legislature and a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts.
